MK701MB KIT has a receiver and a key ring remote. The receiver has 3 wires which need to be connected with three terminals on the back of the drive unit. The remotes come with the receiver are pre-coded. It’s an easy "connect in and play" installation process. We will also send a copy of the instruction with any order.

Your existing remote will still work after the installation.
