The FMR-201R is the replacement for the FMR-201. Both units operate on the same frequency and format, but the setup process differs. For the FMR-201, you simply copy the settings of the 12 DIP switches from your existing remote. The FMR-201R, however, features a Learn button. To program it, press and hold the Learn button while pressing the remote button twice.
