This remote model is ASTRO 43/2 TR PICCOLO which is obsoleted , we will send a cloner. To clone is not very easy have to follow instruction. also cloning by yourself your original remote has to works well. 
 We can set up for you before dispatch. you will be able to use new remote straight away without program. simply email your code (10 tiny switch up and down) or text on 0411 150 998

To find code please take battery cover off you can see the 10 tiny switches some up some down that is the code.

Attention :

Please note there are 10 dip switches inside this remote which are used to set the unique code of the remote. There is a similar but smaller one which does not have dip switches inside. You can open the case to check which one is the same as your original remote.
